Last thursday, my family and I went to my brother’s school for his early enrollment. And somehow in the midst of processing his documents and my inquiry marathon in two different schools for my masters degree, we ended up strolling around Powerplant Mall in Rockwell. And being a food lover that I am, I get to eat these yummy food that day;

1. Crispy Adobo something of Via Mare - I just can’t remember its exact name, but I’ve always wanted to try this kind of dish. It reminds me so much of the tapa meal of saverde which I’m dying to try.

2. Malted milk flavored Carmen’s Best Ice Cream - I think it was last tuesday when my aunt/ex-boss and I tried to eat Carmen’s Best Ice Cream at a local bread shop in our city, but unfortunately they were out of stock that day. That’s why I was really ecstatic when I found out that Via Mare is also offering the intriguing Ice Cream.

3. Yabu’s Hire Katsu - I just popped my Yabu cherry. lol. But seriously, with all that unlimited thing going on, Yabu had became one of my favorite Japanese places to go to.

4. Pinkberry’s Frozen Yogurt topped with cheesecake bits - I have always been a fan of Frozen Yogurts. It is actually one of Ever (@kimberlyforeverxx) and I’s guilty pleasures, though we used to eat at White Hat since it’s the first froyo shop we’ve been to. But I think as long as it’s frozen yogurt, any brand is fine.

This could be one of the most narcissistic blog entry that I will be posting for this month. But hey, this is my blog and I can do whatever I want to. And that is why I chose LaVitaDiDee to be the first one to be updated on my upcoming #GodSaveTheQueen project. It’s not an actual project that usually serves the community or our environment. It’s actually an event which I will be the one managing the whole thing, though I would love to get some help from friends and loved ones. The tentative date of the event is on my birthday this year, so I really hope that things will go smoothly the way I plan it.

For now, I won’t be saying much since this is not yet the official launching of this project. But I promise that I will keep you guys updated. Soon!
